Thomas is at the core a visionary who is born and raised in Denmark and has more than two decades of personal experience from various aspects of business, non-profit leadership and social impact investments.

Navigating foreign markets has taught Thomas to leverage effective communication and cross-cultural understanding, to not only build internal teams from scratch, but to develop exclusive partnerships with some of the biggest companies in Scandinavia both from the private, public and non-profit sector.  Thomas is driven by a genuine interest in sustainable development in all aspects of business and organization which he brings to the foundation and the projects along with his strong sales and marketing techniques.

Thomas’s purpose in everything that he does is to empower people’s lives by helping them transform their lives in every area through proven, value-driven principles and resources. He holds the firm belief that in order to be able to achieve greatness for a greater purpose, one must first become an excellent leader of themselves in order to have the positive and powerful influence on society one wishes to have. Thomas’s vision is to provide long term and lasting changes through his ventures and the initiatives that he supports. Together with his Swedish wife Helena Vernholm he is partner and co- founder of their value-driven family companies Pérola Gloriosa, a real estate company developing affordable and sustainable housing and Limitation Slayer Leadership, a leadership consultancy and entrepreneurial training center.

Helena is a senior Commercial and non-profit leader as well as a Ministry leader with a passion for people and a track record of exceeding targets by creating value and driving sustainable growth.

Having developed expertise in IT technology, sales, business management and commercial leadership, Helena’s management philosophy balances meeting business goals with proper people development, training and motivation.

Her international experience of twenty years, includes managerial positions, managing agile deliveries of business solutions, services and strategies from both Australia and Scandinavia in the finance, investment and IT sector, where she has worked for companies and known brands such as the St. George Bank in Sydney, Australia, The European Agency in Sweden, Google AdWords, Secorio, Symantec, and Verisign in Denmark. She is also a proud member and a certified speaker, trainer and coach with the John Maxwell Team.

Today Helena feels blessed to bring her skills to leadership in the non-profit industry. Her main mission and passion is to lead others to live empowered victorious lives and achieve greatness for a greater purpose that will have a positive impact on the world. Helena brings her extensive experience and genuine interest in developing organizations and people to the foundation, ensuring that projects serve the purpose of the foundation.
