United & Empowering Millions bus ministry and community and church bus pick-up service has developed as an approach to get individuals better access to church who cannot otherwise themselves come to church for various reasons. United & Empowering Millions believe this service will help expand and unite the body of Christ, empower individuals in various ways, help transform lives and our relationship with the local community in Algarve is of primary importance to us and we want to do what we can to support all our local church partners and members.

United & Empowering Millions is committed to giving resources and opportunities to low pay, destitute and under-served people and families in Algarve to move toward self-sufficiency, independence through building relationships, education, accountability and a sense of belonging from a safe and stable base. Our vision is to establish a community of resilient, structured, empowered people filled with hope and whose lives have been transformed through the resurrection power of Christ in their own lives and who are willing to share that with others. We strongly believe that individuals through sharing information about their own victorious life transformation and testimony will be a great living example of what God does in people’s lives when we trust in his promises, allow Him to lead us and partner with Him.

We believe that the Lord is working through the church to bless the needy in our community. In order to further our impact, United & Empowering Millions is looking to better communicate with our church members and work together to provide church community bus-pick-up services and the Gospel message to people in need throughout Algarve for our various morning, afternoon and evening services that we plan to provide. Times and pick-up locations will be announced and coordinated and communicated to all church members well in advance. Our mission is that as many individuals as possible can receive this free service.

We will start this community bus pick-up service in 2023 and we will offer this service each week for all our church services in West Algarve. We will provide Church services in Portuguese and English through Release The Fire Ministries and through New Heart New Spirit Alpha Omega Holy Assembly (NHNSAOHA), who will in addition to English provide services in Danish and Swedish.

We will pick up and return at least 8 people per pick-up bus for each service who wouldn’t otherwise have the option to get the opportunity to come to church. As transportation is a significant issue for a great deal of families, we realize this can possibly give a lot more people the opportunity they need – an exit from their present circumstance and a new start and their first step towards life transformation, salvation and change!
