Thomas, together with his partner in life, ministry and business Helena Vernholm, was called in 2017 to plant a Godly Holy Assembly in the Algarve, Portugal and God gave them both the mission already in the years prior to this while they were attending Bible school in Denmark, but the revelation was given little by little where He gave them His revelation and direction for the purpose of glorifying His name in uncompromising truth in the end times and to become His Pastors, Evangelists, Watchmen and Intercessors for Portugal, Europe and the world at large. The mission given was to gather His people for his purposes in the Algarve, share the Gospel with them and prepare them in love and truth. This was the mission and the steps that led to the birth of the Scandinavian and English-speaking International Church in Portimão, Portugal. New Heart New Spirit Alpha Omega Holy Assembly (NHNSAOHA) that was founded in 2021. The mission is further to help others to view themselves as God views them and to know their true identity in Christ.

NHNSAOHA will further implement sustainable Bible-based educational curricula and programs to increase understanding of the gravity of these individuals’ unique situation and the need to protect against it, as well as introduce each individual to the Word of God, as we are convinced that any lasting and real transformation and freedom can only come about through the supernatural power of Jesus Christ. We will arrange and invite individuals to meet in prayer networks both on and offline.

NHNSAOHA will work tirelessly. With each success, they will send a message of hope to all people and remind the world of the need to keep human dignity alive everywhere. It will be a testimony that will bring glory to God and demonstrate God’s mercy and restorative power through the transformed lives and saved souls that will be gathered by God’s grace. NHNSAOHA will share God’s truth and support all who wish to develop their own relationship with Jesus Christ on their journey towards a life of freedom and victory as followers of Christ and to achieve greatness for a greater purpose.
