About the Band NEW WINE

As worshipers, we are vessels that allow God to invade our world and life through the Holy Spirit which creates a passion for Him. Our humanity gives room for Him to reveal himself through worship and become like Jesus Christ and be the light of the world. He is our pursuit, His presence is our ultimate desire. The band consists of band members; James Orjuela, Judy Garcia, Pastor Melina Hechavarria, Pastor Xiomara Zamora, Manuel and Emmeline Vargas, Jonathan and Jessica Glenn, Roilan Vasquez and Alberto Vargas.

OUR FORTRESS

A child running through a castle inside his Father’s kingdom. That’s the kind of freedom and security that is found in knowing one is standing on something solid and strong. This is somewhat peaceful, but nowhere near comparable to where the peace truly lies, which is in His strength. With this, we can be at ease, knowing we not only run towards a strong God, but also a kingdom that is solid, secure, and steadfast.

DOXA WORSHIP

Worship leader and youth pastor Ana Teresa Ferreira, was studying law at the University of Coimbra and, at the age of 21, I decided to pursue not only a career, but a passion and vocation: serving God and others. The Bible describes His will as “good, pleasant and perfect”. If it’s good, it will never hurt me. If it is pleasant, it is because it will bring me joy, peace and joy. And if it is perfect…well, if it is perfect it is because I have nothing to fear, it is what I alone could not achieve! It is this perfect will that I want to know and, every day, I want to walk in it. It is this will and purpose that allow me, every day, to look ahead and move forward, no matter the difficulties or struggles we go through.

Jesus never promised us that we would have an easy and trouble-free life. That is why I never present life with God that way, easily and without obstacles. The certainty is, however, that His Word promises us that “He will never forsake us” and that in this world we would have afflictions, but, He promised, “Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world!”

Pastor Belén Losa is a pastor, praise leader and songwriter for New Wine and El Rey Jesús Ministry. A native of Spain, she began directing worship in her teens and became a youth pastor at the church in her native city.

For her, worship is not just singing, it is a lifestyle and an extension of what happens in each person’s intimacy with God.

Pastor Belén is the author of songs like “Cielos abierto” and “Estruendo”. Today, she travels around the world ministering worship and creating heavenly atmospheres alongside Apostle Guillermo Maldonado and the worship group New Wine.

When she is not traveling, she, her husband, Emmanuel Losa, and their young son Mateo, enjoy their home in Miami, Florida.

Aline Kistenmacker Barros dos Santos (Rio de Janeiro, October 7, 1976), better known as Aline Barros, is a Brazilian worship singer, songwriter, presenter and businesswoman, winner of 11 Talent Trophies, 6 Latin Grammys, 1 Dove Awards and 1 Brazilian International Press Award. She is also an evangelical pastor for the Igreja Evangélica Internacional Zona Sul, in Bairro Flamengo, South Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

Aline Barros is a name of reference and expression in the worship and gospel segment. The singer was the first evangelical in Brazil to win the Latin Grammy in 2004, having already been nominated for four consecutive times and was also a winner in 2006 and 2007. At 35, Aline has a 20-year career with 23 recorded albums, including four in Spanish, five in Portuguese for children and one in Spanish, seven in career, and some collections in addition to eleven DVDs. Mixing Pop, Rock, and Praise & Worship, the singer attracts children, young people, and adults with modern rhythms and contextualized Christian messages. It has been present since 1992.

ABOUT PASTOR YARA DUARTE & UNITED WORSHIP

United Worship group is led by Pastor and worship leader Yara Duarte. Yara was saved when she was 12 years old and has her entire life served in the church.

Yara  went to bible School FITS in USA New Jersey and have studied at Lisboa Rhema Bible School.

Yara’s greatest passion is to help serve the nations around the globe with the purpose of sharing the Gospel and achieve Revival.

Yara’s most noteworthy passion is to raise a generation that will birth Revival and Reformation in Portugal and into the entirety of all Nations around the world, and that is what Yara and the United Worship group envision themselves to help doing by the grace of God through their worship music.

André Aquino

Worshiper and composer, André Aquino, has as the main foundation for his songs the freedom and sincerity in God’s worship. Born into a spiritually rich family, blessed with God-given musical talents and Godly spiritual values, musical and spiritual values, André started in the musical field by composing soundtracks for the cinema. In 2014, he has formed a Worship Leader by Bethel Worship-U. Currently, he composes the scene of extravagant worship alongside Jeremiah Bowser, Nic Billman, Jason Lee Jones, among others, having already worked alongside great references of worship international like Jesus Culture and John Mark McMillian. Born in São Paulo, he expresses indie/pop culture through his songs, working with varieties of musical textures with vertically composed lyrics. André supports the unity between worship and missions and aims to fulfill God’s purposes for Brazil to become, through prophetic worship, truly a breadbasket for missionaries to the world.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee and raised in Blytheville, Arkansas, Marty Ray has a genuine love and passion for the South. Being from a family of musicians, preachers, singers, and songwriters, it was definitely in his blood from birth. Marty is a Christian, Country, Blues, Rock, Pop, and whatever else he writes at the time, kind of artist. He has released several songs in his career– some successful, some not. Even when certain people hear his songs and dislike them, he still feels like every song he writes is a platinum, number one, chart worthy song. He has found love and support from fans all around the world for his music, “I love everybody, whether they like my music or not but, when they like it, I consider that a true blessing from Jesus.”

Paul A Clarke started singing at the age of 14 and soon decided to take things seriously when he took his flute to church and was told: “there is no room for that instrument here.” Paul is a profound singer and international worship leader, choir director, vocal mentor and songwriter.

Paul became a sought after session singer to top POP and R&B artists and was able to use his Vocal Coaching skills with them. Some of the artists’ Paul worked with are Tom Jones, Sir Elton John, George Michael, Boyzone and the pop group Eternal.

Paul continues to sing in churches internationally in countries such as Ghana, America and Europe. He has executively and co-executively produced four albums one of which is his own highly anticipated “Purpose Reloaded” and his latest released single “Coming Home.” These masterpieces are currently available in all music stores online.

Joanita Lubega Zachariassen is a Ugandan artist based in Denmark Joanita Lubega Zachariassen declared the winner of the “DR Live singing” competitions 2018″ on Saturday 20th October 2018, scooping the grand prize of the competition. Mixing both English and Luganda the Joanita’s stage presence and strong vocals were a big factor in the win.

“A small woman with a big voice” — Joanita has a Christian background, and is a Singer-songwriter and creates music within gospel/pop/soul/afrobeat. Joanita holds a diploma from “Complete Vocal Institute” music school in Denmark and has worked in the music industry for over 18 years.  In 2009 starred Joanita in “Talent Show 09” and the same year featured in a “Climate service ” in Copenhagen’s cathedral, where she sang for over 2000 people – including several heads of state, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik.

In 2013 Joanita won the Integration Award for her work as an African artist for music as a voice of change in Denmark. Joanita has appeared along with the late gospel star Etta Cameron and warmed up for Don Moen and Alvin Slaughter, both renowned US Gospel artists.

Andreas is a pianist, singer and composer from Denmark. He holds a Master’s Degree in Musicology and has played concerts all over Denmark and in many countries since 2005. He has also been a speaker at many events about business, music and theology.

Andreas is very good at connecting in a non-judgmental way with people of all ages. Together with singer Reg Downey, he forms the duo Reg & Andreas that has played concerts many places in the world since 2016. They play ‘feel-good pop’ – singing both songs of their own, and beautiful renditions of well-known duet-songs like Bridge Over Troubled Water and You Raise Me Up. The two of them have known each other for many years and have a funny and uplifting way of doing their concerts altogether.

‘A musician with a heart’ Reg Downey is a Singer/Songwriter, classically trained in Voice. After singing in high-school plays and choirs, he toured with “Signs of Love”, a gospel choir out of Dallas, Texas for two years. He began his solo music career singing in churches and doing guest spots on live television in Canada. After meeting Eva in Denmark, they married and now have four children. Reg loves life and enjoys seeing how his music makes a difference in people’s lives. His philosophy is that music is like a river that allows the Gift of Life to flow into our hearts with hope, joy and love. This brings repair and refreshing. Together with pianist/singer Andreas Flensted-Jensen, he forms the duo Reg & Andreas that has played concerts around the world since 2016. The two of them have known each other for many years and have a funny and uplifting way of doing their concerts altogether

Isabella Rose is a singer/songwriter who now lives in Denmark and grew up in Canada. She has sung in churches, weddings and parties and also with her father, Reg Downey and his music partner, Andreas Flensted-Jensen. Isabella loves people and what music can do for them.

Arnan Natan Kaemingk is a multi-instrumentalist known for his never-ending energy and his talent for improvisation. He studied jazz saxophone, but he sings and plays several other instruments too like the piano and the guitar. He’s a vibrant and relaxed man, always up for a joke. He’s passionate about Jesus and a musician at heart. For him, music is the best way to connect with people and touch their souls. He believes that God has given him his musical talent so that the Lord can work through him to share His love with people. He composed many songs for ANAE, a collaboration of Arnan Natan and his wife, Anne Elise. They want to share stories by being creative. In 2017, they decided to live a life on the road, trust God and find out how He can use them and their talents for His Kingdom. They write, record and play songs, make musical theatre performances and travel the world together. As singer-songwriters, they love to play a mix of pop, soul, jazz, gospel and country. A few months ago, they released their second album, called ‘HOME IS WHERE YOU PARK IT.’ The album is comprised of original songs about the things they have learned and experienced while living life on the road.

Anne Elise Kaemingk calls herself a Jesus follower, singer, music theatre performer, traveler, and artist. She studied musical theatre and her main subjects were singing, acting and dancing. Anne likes to create things, so besides singing, acting and making performances, she likes to draw, paint, make hand letterings, jewelry, macramé objects and more.

She wrote many songs for ANAE, a collaboration of her and her husband, Arnan Natan. She’s always searching for a way to tell a story and spread a message through the things she makes. Through her singing, she feels like she can reach and touch people in a powerful way. She loves God and wants people to realize it’s very important to use the talents He has given us, cause that’s how we can make a difference in this world.’ Together with her husband Arnan, she travels the world in an old VW van. A very special way to discover Gods creation and a great opportunity to meet other people and serve them with love. Anne is part of the band ‘Songbirds of Passage’ together with her husband Arnan Natan, Herman Brink and Sietske Brink – Riphagen.

Sietske Brink – Riphagen from the Netherlands is a singer, worship leader and songwriter. Sietske is a creative woman who is passionate about what she’s doing and what she is most passionate about is Jesus! Her heart goes out to people, and to worship God together and sing songs of deliverance over her own and other people’s lives. She’s been married to Herman Brink for four years, and they travelled through Europe for two years now, sharing the gospel and using their talents to build Gods kingdom. As a couple, they are part of the band ‘Songbirds of Passage’ together with Arnan Natan and Anne Elise Kaemingk. At the moment they are in Portugal where they will stay for a while.

Herman Brink, from the Netherlands, is a serial entrepreneur. He is a designer, videographer, photographer and musician. Herman is a practical and creative thinker. He is always busy building, creating and developing. Herman is also very experienced working with public relations. Herman likes to come up with creative solutions, is passionate about God and lives for Him. Herman loves networking and experiencing new cultures and connecting with people. He has been married to Sietske Brink – Riphagen for four years and they have travelled through Europe in their motor home. They are currently staying in Algarve, Portugal. As a couple, they are part of the band’ Songbirds of Passage’ together with Arnan Natan and Anne Elise Kaemingk. Their common goal is to share the gospel and to inspire people to think about true freedom and how you can take steps to walk more in your destination.
