We will hold Entrepreneurial Conferences, Skill-Building Seminars, Empowering Business Conferences, Leadership Summits, Educational Youth Conferences, Prophetic Conferences, Prayer Warfare Conferences, Healing and Worship Conferences to name a few.

To realize this vision that we have for the entire nation of Portugal, we need a big space. Hence, we have decided to be hosting all of these conferences in an event tent that we need to acquire until we have acquired our building for all of our purposes. We have come to realize that we need this tent to be able to accommodate up to 3,000 guests so that we can welcome as many people in need as possible.

We are seeking donations for a building so that we can continue to do God’s work on a larger scale. We are looking to educate people and empower them, practically, mentally and spiritually through our various causes, initiatives and ptograms.

We seek funds for a more permanent space and this new building will be used for social impact programs, ministry schools, training centers, various empowerment workshops, leadership conferences, business start-up services and events.

We will give out Educational services & scholarships

Education transforms lives and breaks the cycle of poverty that traps so many people worldwide and keeps them in bondage. By bringing business training, education, teaching personal development, vocational training, interpersonal skills building, community involvement, leisure activities, and independent living skills, we will ensure that we place the people in need around the world in focus. So, they have the opportunity to receive the support, tools, and resources they need to transform their lives for the better.

Revelation means “prophetic vision.” Revelation can only exist from a consistent and constant intimate and personal relationship with God. Paul prayed for the Church that we would receive revelation, and “All wisdom and understanding” (Colossians 1:9). Without prophetic vision, we will be lost in a spiritual wilderness or “perish.”

To be prophetic means understanding what is in God’s heart now, in the hour in which we live in and for all of the world’s nations! Our visions and assignments need to be continually updated and in sync with God’s purposes and according to His plans.

Beyond the service of prediction is the office of a prophet. Those in the office of prophecy are equipping people; they can train others in how the blessing works. Pioneers and leaders in the office of prophet resemble profound mothers and fathers or simply leaders that is equipping their flock, whose accentuation (other than communicating the words God gives them) is on multiplication. The endowments of the Holy Spirit are not for the elite few but rather are for every believer today and helps to transform, edify, equip, and empower individuals. We will offer training in prophecy, and our school will be for prophetic mentoring & development. The Prophetic School will be Governed by the Word of God and communicated by the Fire Church senior Pastors Ricardo and Yara Duarte.

We Open Our Marketplace Ministry, Business and Leadership School in 2023

Leadership, Business and Entrepreneurship is like a mission. The charge is for each entrepreneur or aspiring entrepreneur to apply biblical principles learned in all of his or her business dealings and, in so doing, to fulfill God’s calling and purposes in the transformation of the marketplaces. The marketplace is the forum through which human economic commerce is conducted. It includes the business community, the workplace of whatever kind, and ‘policy-making forums’ at local, national, and international levels that impact the economy and those working within it.

The marketplace is the only institution that touches, directly or indirectly, virtually every person in the world. In one way or another, it is a pervasive part of every society, culture, and people group. It is found in the midst of every political system in every historical era,’ and our mission is to train people in business and entrepreneurship centered around God and His principles so that the marketplace is transformed through His principles, wisdom, excellence and God’s glory is shown through a Godly marketplace.

Our Marketplace Ministry, Limitation Slayer Leadership, has the vision to train, equip and offer the needed support and resources to aspiring entrepreneurs, servant leaders, change makers and influencers all around the world. These trainings will be done by Thomas and Helena Vernholm and invited guest teachers from around the world and mainly from the John C. Maxwell organization and other God-fearing and trusted institutions.

We will provide grants and awards  to private start-ups. We support companies at a crossroads where the world’s most remarkable needs meet the best opportunities – in terms of capital, social justice, innovative development and sustainability. We work to support the social well-being of others, and we want to support start-ups with the resources and infrastructure they need to grow and establish themselves. It is also particularly important to us, in today’s unique world climate and situation, that the start-ups we support encourage and embrace the idea of freedom to work for all. In other words, it is important to us that the start-ups we support believe in the right to work and that access to resources is distributed in a way that allows everyone who wants to work to participate. The freedom to work enables people to retain their empowerment and be free. We believe that everyone should have that freedom. We want to support start-ups that want to give all people the freedom to work without discrimination, agendas, political or religious demands. We want to support start-ups that want to innovate, create, solve problems and who aspire to offer work to others, and therefore it is important to us that the start-ups we support fall into this category. If the start-up os scalable and the work can be done remotely from anywhere in the world, that’s also an added bonus as we see it, so that the work can be predictable in a very unpredictable world no matter what the future holds.

We accept that social worth is created when associations create goods, services, administrations or thoughts that help individuals in our general public to flourish, and live abundant lives, particularly those who are in any case hindered. By empowering entrepreneurs not secured by conventional banks to apply for miniaturized scale grants and start-up funding, individuals of various backgrounds and capacities persuade the chance to be a beneficial and vital part of the economy.

Our vision is to see people in need, with little or no resources and training, be given the right opportunities and be transformed into independent, educated, skilled, self-sufficient beings. Our initiatives provide low-level income earning individuals and job seekers the preparation, skill development training, and resources they need to secure their career and prevail with regards to building long-lasting professions for themselves.

Social Impact Programs

Our Social Impact Programs that we are developing in partnership with local and international experts will give free help to those battling in the encompassing networks as food, clothing, furniture, children’s’ toys, and that’s only the tip of the iceberg. This help permits families and people to concentrate on their self-awareness, family well being, and dependability while having essential needs met on a reliable premise, and we are looking to do this work from a stable and permanent base.

Every human being has the right to live freely, securely, and indignity. Based on this belief, at the United & Empowering Millions, we try to bring smiles back to victims’ faces and revive their sense of dignity, security, and quality of life.

We want to support in the efforts of our community with their resource needs and case management

We want to support our community’s efforts that provide guidance and link participants to community resources to build a better future. We want to work supportively with men, women, children, and the youth with a mission to motivate those who have been marginalized, stigmatized as a consequence of traumatic life situations where individuals have often experienced both homelessness, substance abuse, and often been victims of modern day slavery and human trafficking.

This means that in our outreach work, we will work together with professional counselors and legal experts. We aim to empower and support each person within their specific circumstances to achieve a direct improvement to their situation.
